The safty of the device host:

Main equipment safety,In the process of production,it will produce some un-liquefied gas which is mainly C1 to C4.It is dangerous to burn them directly,so we burn it as fuel.Firstly,the waste gas will go through the water sealing,and then make it through the pipe and be burned by the gas nozzle,so that it can completely be safe.The most important is we can control the key pressure and the temperature which is the newest priority patented technology to the main processor.It can guarantee the security in the process of production.

The environmental protection:

1. Waste gas

The waste gas will go through the water sealing and be burned by gas nozzle as a fuel,so no pollution and at the same time can save fuel,the dust removal system we use desulfuration dust which achieved GB 132712001.

2. Waste liquid

During process the oil,it will produce some weak acid waste water(1 ton oil will produce approximately 50kg waster,the amount is small,easily to handle them)We use the national standards water patent part to handle the qualified waster.

3. Waste solids

The residue which is pyrolysised by the waste tires is carbon black,so there is no waste solid material.
